Andrew Dudum, co-founder and CEO of online health and wellness company Hims & Hers, shares his personal business advice for our video series, My Business Leader Secret.

Hims & Hers was founded in 2017 in California. The online platform provides access to prescription and over-the-counter treatments for conditions often associated with social stigma, like hair loss and erectile dysfunction.

It now has more than 1.7 million subscribers and hit $870m in annual revenues last year. When the company went public in 2021 it was valued at more than $1.6bn. Dudum explains why he aspires to be "the least interesting person in the room".
