We aim to place new members into the right forum within 4–6 weeks, depending on your stage and regional fit. You’ll gain immediate access to coaching, events, and the community as soon as your membership begins.

Your forum meets eight times per year, in highly structured, in-person sessions designed for strategic growth, peer learning, and accountability.

These sessions are the foundation of the Business Leader experience — and your consistent participation is essential. If you miss more than two forums in a year without prior agreement, your membership may be reviewed or cancelled.

This protects the trust, rhythm, and performance of the group. Regular attendance isn’t just about you — it’s about creating the psychology and culture of a high-performing peer group.

Each member receives four 1:1 sessions per year with their Business Leader coach. These are tailored to your business challenges, leadership goals, and strategic decisions — with someone who understands your stage of growth.

Membership is £8,000 + VAT per year, billed annually. There is also a one-off joining fee of £495.

Once you decide to join, you pay a £500 deposit to secure your place. The full balance is payable during onboarding and before your first forum begins.
