Henry Moser is a British entrepreneur who founded Together Financial Services Group – originally established in 1974 – and serves as its executive vice-chairman and controlling shareholder. After leaving school at 16 and working initially as a car salesman, he turned to property and finance and co-founded the business that would become Together. Under Moser’s leadership, Together evolved from its origins in auction finance and buy-to-let lending into a broad specialist-finance house offering commercial mortgages, bridging loans and unsecured lending.

The group’s loan book has grown to multiple billions of pounds and operates with hundreds of employees. Though Moser has stepped back from day-to-day executive control with the appointment of new senior management, he retains strategic oversight, sets the firm’s vision and values and remains active in the recruitment of key leadership talent. He has emphasised a “people-first” approach and staying aligned to culture even as the business scales.

Moser’s trajectory—from market trader to founder of a major UK specialist lender—illustrates his entrepreneurship in non-bank financial services and his long-term investment in niche lending sectors. As Together enters new phases of growth and institutionalising governance and strategy, Moser continues to support its direction while nurturing the next generation of leadership.
