Ian and Richard Livingstone are British entrepreneurs and property developers who co-founded London & Regional Properties (L&R), a globally active, privately backed real estate and leisure investment group headquartered in London. Their early life: the brothers grew up in Ealing, London, the sons of a dentist. Ian attended St Paul’s School and later trained as an optometrist at City University London, while Richard trained as a chartered surveyor.
