If you’re curious about Business Leader, the best place to start is a Roundtable with me.

These are small, private sessions I host for founders and CEOs of businesses with £3m+ in revenue. They’re designed to give you the space to step back, think clearly and sense-check the decisions you’re facing as you scale.

I share my journey building HomeServe, including the challenges I faced along the way. I believe having a strong peer group around me would have helped me navigate some of those challenges differently and avoid some of the pitfalls I encountered. I will facilitate an open discussion in the room, creating an opportunity for everyone to share their experiences, perspectives and insights with one another. We work through real growth decisions together, talking honestly about what really matters as a business grows.
