Who can join?
To join Business Leader, you need to be the CEO, founder or MD of an organisation with between £3m and £150m in annual turnover. You should also have a growth mindset and a willingness to help and learn from other leaders.
How can membership support my business growth?
Business Leader is aimed squarely at CEOs of medium-sized companies with the potential for serious growth. From day one, we will take an active interest in your growth ambitions and will do everything we can to help make them a reality. You will join a forum of between eight and 10 CEOs from non-competitive industries and have access to a wealth of expertise from content to events to mentoring to help you grow your business. Our growth experts will track your progress, offer advice and hold you to account as you take your company to the next level.
What makes Business Leader different to other memberships/networks?
From our experience, each membership community offers something unique to its members. What makes Business Leader different is our specific focus on medium-sized organisations and our expertise in business growth. We are also the only UK-specific membership organisation operating in this space. There are around 110,000 medium-sized businesses in the UK but only 7,500 large ones. By turning more of the former into the latter, we can create jobs, boost the economic prospects of individuals and regions, and improve society. We aren’t simply building a network. We are building a catalyst for serious economic growth in the UK.
What is the time commitment?
We understand how busy you are. That’s why our membership is set up to ensure that every hour spent interacting with Business Leader will save you at least two hours elsewhere. You will attend eight exclusive forums (three hours each) per year and will be able to attend as many online or in-person events as you like, and read as much or as little of our unique content as is right for you. The tips and insights you pick up along the way will save you time and money. Beyond this, our growth experts will be on hand to assist you, or a senior colleague from your team, as much or as little as you like.
